At Market Copies, our goal is to connect writers, ghostwriters, publishers, and marketing aggregators to build and grow high-performing newsletter platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Market Copies (“Market Copies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may access, collect, store, use, and share (“process”) personal information when you interact with our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including when you:

  1. visit marketcopies.com or other pages that link to this Privacy Policy (“Visitor”);
  2. submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or otherwise provide information through our forms (“Prospect”);
  3. participate in our network as a writer/ghostwriter, publisher, newsletter owner, or marketing aggregator (each a “Partner”); and/or
  4. receive emails/newsletters that we help operate or support for our Partners, where we may process limited subscriber data on their behalf (“Newsletter Subscriber”).

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you complete a “Get Started”, “Contact”, or “Collaboration” form. This may include:

  • Professional/profile details (public profile link, topics to cover, social media profile)
  • Newsletter/business details (newsletter URL, subscriber amount, message content you submit)
B) Information we receive from Partners about Newsletter Subscribers (if applicable)

When we help Partners build, operate, or grow newsletter programs, we may receive information about Newsletter Subscribers from those Partners (for example, email address, engagement data, or audience attributes). Partners are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any legally required consents before sharing subscriber data with us.

C) Information collected automatically

When you interact with our Services, we (and our vendors) may automatically collect:

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive marketing text messages from Market Copies. Our opt-in disclosure states (among other things) that message frequency varies, message/data rates may apply, and you can text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.

Important: Text opt-in consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

If you provide your email, we may contact you about your inquiry and our Services. Marketing emails (if any) will include an unsubscribe method.
